Top 10 Best sunset spots in Bali

There’s just something about sunsets that makes me a very happy human. I’ve witnessed some pretty epic sunsets in my life already because of my extensive travelling all over the world. But there’s something unique about the sunsets in Bali. The sky fires up with crazy colors and radiates the most amazing energy. It’s hard to explain, but you’ll understand how this feels when you experience it yourself :)

I tried to make a list of all the best sunset spots I’ve been so far ( but I’m sure there are plenty more I haven’t discovered yet).

NOTE: sunset sets in at around 6PM local time (pretty early)

*I don’t have pictures of every sunset place unfortunately as I try to enjoy them without the distraction of my phone or camera.

SEA BREEZE WARUNG, NUSA CENINGAN

AMOK SUNSET, NUSA PENIDA

Amok is a bamboo bar where you can enjoy the sunset from their pool! They also have unique treetop nests that offer stunning views of Mount Agung.

LA BRISA, CANGGU (Echo Beach)

Come early to this beach bar if you want to catch a beachfront spot to enjoy the sunset here!

It’s like Disneyland for grown ups, amazing set up and decor, twinkly lights, great food!

BLUE EARTH VILLAGE, AMED

Blue Earth Village is an evolving educational and community hub on the beautiful Amed coast. They also offer a pool, yoga classes (yoga space with insane views!) and a restaurant.

THE SAND, NUSA CENINGAN

Very small but very ‘instagramable’ little bar in Nusa Ceningan. I love the vibes here! And they have cute dogs :)

BLUE CORNER BAR, NUSA LEMBONGAN

Very chill beachspot, not too crowded and they have a nice pool!

SUNSET POINT, ULUWATU

The name says it all I guess…! VERY CHILL and relax place! No need to dress up. Grab a beer, a beanbag and enjoy the sunset!

SINGLE FIN, ULUWATU

Most famous place in Ulus to watch the sunset. The bar is situated on the cliffs. I could easily come here every night! Also, every Wednesday and Sundaynight they have epic parties! More info on the Uluwatu blog post!

AZUL BEACH CLUB, LEGIAN/ SEMINYAK

If you are in the Seminyak area, make sure to stop at Azul Beach Club! This stunning beach club is located in front of the beach and has the best sunset views in the area! During the day you can nestle down on one of the sunbeds overlooking the beautiful pool. Then when the sun starts to make its way into sunset, head over to one of the cabanas, grab a cocktail from their Tiki bar and enjoy the view!!
